5Great Reversible Seat Stroller
By chcarnic
The Peg-Perego 2011 Pliko Switch Compact stroller is the reversible stroller that seems to have it all. I wanted a reversible stroller that was light weight and easy to use. I narrowed it down to the Bumbleride Flyer and this stroller. I ultimately chose the Pliko Switch Compact because of the easy fold system.PRO's*Stroller is lighweight for being a reversible stroller*Sun canopy is huge and can adjust to fit over entire baby*Very easy to steer and manuever*Quick fold up and can leave seat in the reverse position when folding up (the ease of the fold up really sets this apart from other reversible strollers)*Very stylish and sturdyCon's*Storage Basket is somewhat small*The instructions are only picture diagrams - there are no words. While the stroller was not at all difficult for my husband to put together, it did take a little time to figure out the proper and easiest way to fold up and take out the stroller. Once we got that down it was very quick and easy to open/close. It would have been helpful if there were written instructions on how to do this.

5Great Stroller
By Penny
When I was pregnant, I went to a baby store and tested out all the strollers on the floor that day...and there were many! Even though I was drawn to a couple others because of design or color or what looked to be practical features, I found them incredibly hard to fold up/set up. I figured that if you're dealing with a baby, diaper bag, potentially a bunch of shopping bags and whatever else...the last thing you need is to struggle folding up a stroller to stow away in the back of your car! This specific model was on the floor that day and I instantly got it! I didn't need a manual to draw out specific instructions on how to fold up the stroller. It took me seconds to have the entire thing folded up and ready to go! This is a HUGE pro! Another pro for me at the time was the fact that it completely reclines into a horizontal position. I ended up using the stroller as a bassinet for about 2 months of my baby's life. He could sleep comfortably while out or even in the house where I could wheel him around to keep an eye on him while doing house work. The third huge pro is the fact that the actual seat can switch to forward/back facing. My baby is 7 months now and still loves facing me while we go for walks. I face him out when I start the walk and if it's a long one and he gets fussy, I switch him to face me and he's fine! He enjoys knowing I am right there...For these reasons I absolutely love this stroller! With that said, if I had to do things all over again I'd probably go for a system where one can attach a car seat as well. As a new mom, I felt overwhelmed by all the options out there and purchased this stroller because of the features I mentioned above. And even though I am extremely satisfied with this product, I did find it a hassle to remove my newborn to and from the infant car seat while he was sleeping or just during general traveling and then transferring him to the stroller. Keeping him in the infant car seat and carrying him around like that wasn't an option for me either because it was just too heavy to walk around with like that. Those systems are normally very expensive though and this is a far more affordable and very versatile option. If we ever decided on having another baby I'd definitely keep using this stroller...

5Still perfect after we put 1000 miles on it!
By Jennifer L. Prendki
When you learn that you are going to have a baby, you are usually stressed out by the HUGE list of things that need to be bought to make baby a happy and healthy baby. And one of the most important purchase you will ever make for your baby is her stroller. We have a culture in myIt was out of the question for us to buy a stroller for her newborn months, and then another for when should start sitting, and then again an umbrella stroller or something like that for when she would be a toddler. So I started looking around for other options, not being aware at the time that there was such a thing as a fully convertible stroller. But then I saw this nice stroller, that seemed to have it all. Too good to be true? I spent months thinking again and again, but as my due was getting close, I took a leap of faith and bought this model, the Peg-Perego Pliko Switch. Here is what I like about it:- The choice of fun, original colors. We got the green one because it was the cheapest at the time, and actually it looks much nicer in person than on the manufacturer pictures.- Very easy for one person to fold and put in a car trunk. I believe it would fit in most trunk, as it fits in my Audi TT's trunk.- It can be converted so easily, they are several positions from lying to sitting baby. Baby can look forward or face the parent. This is absolutely awesome!- And, yes, even though I am a working mom, I go for long walks with my baby almost every day as I come back from work, if the weather allows. And after a full year of daily walks, we still don't have a single problem with it, the wheels actually look barely used. Such a great quality, I am sure that it would survive 2 or 3 extra babies!Actually, the only complaint I can have for this is the size of the basket, but I bought this stroller to walk a baby, not to go shopping so it is not such a big deal for me. It is a bigger deal maybe for my little dog who sometimes rests in the basket because I walk too fast for her, and I am sure she would like a few extra inches to relax! But as I said, I purchase this stroller for my baby's happiness, and she's happy, and I didn't have to spend money on 3 different strollers to go through her baby/toddler years. So, yeah, I am happy too!
