I tried this stroller out in babiesrus and it seemed the easiest to push and also the easiest to use with the car seat locking into the stroller. Other strollers I had to fumble around to get the car seat to lock, which is not something I want to mess with once there is a baby in the car seat, but this one snaps right in. I love that this also comes with the car seat base, which at most stores is an additional $90 or so.
