Please don't buy Eddie Bauer travel systems
By M. Snider
We purchased an Eddie Bauer stroller from a yard sale for my toddler when my Graco stroller, that we had for almost 7 years, was so worn out after two children. I didn't recieve an owner's manual with the purchase, so I really don't know what type we have. I called the company for a copy of the owner's manual. The representative was extrememly polite and promptly TOLD me I'd have a new manual sent to me right away; however, that was months ago and I have yet to see it.The biggest concern I have about the stroller is that my child will sit down a certain way and make the seat push forward with quite a bit of force. As far as I can tell, there is no way to lock the seat into a secure position. Again, having the owner's manual might solve this issue, but the company has yet to follow-up on their promise. This situation probably doesn't occur while the infant is still using the full system with the carseat, so I doubt many parents and families realize this can occur until years after the purchase, making it impossible to edit out reviews and return the product. My husband and I really don't care for this stroller. We really wish we spent more time looking for something nicer and safer.
