4Amazing!!!
By m. cosi
I have been researching double strollers since I found out I was pregnant with baby #2 and I finally found the one!! My oldest son is almost three and my youngest is ten weeks old. I originally was looking at sit and stand strollers but since my three year old still loves sitting in a stroller and easily falls asleep, I decided to look at a side by side (tandems are too long for my liking).Trying not to spend too much money I bought the Combi Twin Sport, but when I brought it home I realized it wouldn't work. My three year old looked uncomfortable and there wasn't much basket room. I returned it and decided to suck it up and spend a little more on a Baby Jogger City Mini double. When I went into the store I saw the Britax B-Agile double next to it and decided to take a look since it looked very similar to the City Mini. I immediately fell in love and forgot all about the City Mini. There were two main features that I found to be better than the City Mini:1. The adjustable handle bar: The City Mini handle bar was a little to high for me so I love that I can adjust the B-Agile up and down. I also love that the B-Agile has a foam handle bar (like my bob).2. The basket: The City Mini has a large basket but you can't get to it!!! I have heard that they are making improvements to it on the 2012 model but the B-Agile basket is great! I was able to fit my large Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bag along with a small cooler that contained our lunch. It was a tight squeeze but it worked. The greatest part about the basket is that you can access it from the back, side, and front! Our lunch cooler was underneath my ten week old and since he was sleeping I couldn't get to it from the back, but all I had to do was unzip the front where the feet rest and there it was! Such a great feature!!! There are also pockets behind the seats that are extremely roomy (I was able to fit a baby carrier inside one of the pockets). The canopies are great, but they only have one peek a boo window (the City Mini has two). I never really use this feature so one is plenty for me (they also velcro vs the magnetic closure on the City Mini, also not a big deal to me). The seats seem comfy, although I don't think they are quite as roomy at the City Mini. My three year old is 36 inches and 32 pounds and fits just fine (my ten week old fits great too). I will admit that the straps in the back that are used to recline the seats are a bit tough to pull up at first, but they seem to be getting a little easier the more I do it. So far it rides great! I haven't used it on "rough terrain" but I plan to mostly use it to walk around my neighborhood and places like the zoo. It also fits great in my Honda Cr-V.The only negative thing I can think of is that they do not make a universal car seat adapter for the double B-Agile (The reason I gave it four stars instead of five). Although it would be nice to have, this wasn't a deal breaker for me because my ten week old doesn't seem to sleep too much in his car seat.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I was able to use a coupon so the B-Agile ended up being cheaper than the City Mini! I can't wait to use it again!Update: Still an amazing stroller!!!!! Unfortunately the right side of the handle bar broke and came out of the middle triangle part. I called Britax and their customer service is awesome! I just sent them a picture and they are shipping me a replacement stroller. Hopefully this doesn't happen again, because I do love this stroller so much.

4Nice Alternative to City Mini
By J. Finkel
The similarity between the Britax B-Agile Double Stroller and the Baby Jogger City Mini Double Stroller is obvious. The Britax B-Agile is a competent alternative to the established City Mini. While many of the prominent features are the same or similar, the Britax B-Agile does set itself apart in some significant ways. The Britax B-Agile offers several advantages over the Baby Jogger City Mini. The rear wheels of the B-Agile are much larger, lending a smoother ride on rough terrain and making i easier to get through sand and get over curbs. The storage basket is easily accessible through the zippered foot-rest area on the front. There is a lot of velcro to keep the hoods and their flaps in place. There is a nice clip that holds the stroller snugly in folded position and there is a safety button that has to be pushed to collapse the stroller (which otherwise folds the same as the City Mini). My favorite feature of the Britax B-Agile is the ease of adjusting the recline of the seats and the length of the child-restraint straps. These make the B-Agile the easiest stroller to make adjustments on (of the many I've used). Another great feature of the B-Agile is that it comes with a Britax car seat adapter included. The car seat adapter for the City Mini will fit all popular car seats, but is an expensive add-on.On the downside, the B-Agile is slightly bigger and heavier than the City Mini (see table below). The Britax only comes in two colors, while the Baby Jogger has five colors to choose from. Also the Britax has a slightly higher MSRP, though the price on Amazon is currently, slightly lower. The ride is similar to the City Mini, but more jittery than higher priced strollers like the Baby Jogger City Mini GT Double Stroller, Black/Shadow (also very similar to the B-Agile). I found the plastic wheels and lack of shock absorption on both strollers my biggest gripe for both.Dimensions (L x W x H):Britax B-Agile Double------- City Mini Double40" x 30.5" x 41.4" ------- 38.5" x 29.75" x 41.5"30.5" x 30.5" x 13" (folded)--31" x 29.75" x 11.25" (folded)28.0 lbs. ----------------- 26.8 lbs.Overall, I am very happy with the Britax B-Agile Double Stroller. It is extremely easy to use and adjust. Although it is only slightly bigger than the City Mini Double, the difference is noticeable. If I had to choose one or the other, I would recommend the Britax B-Agile, especially if you own or are planning to purchase a Britax car seat.

5I researched my strollers!
By D. Baker
I researched online for double strollers for months while I was pregnant with my second child. I watched all of the online demos, read all of the specs, etc.My children are 21 months apart. I didn't feel that a sit and stand was a good option because the older child sometimes likes to sleep. So sit and stands were out.Next, I hated how big the double strollers folded and how heavy they were. Push this, pull that, unhook this, pray and sometimes I could get them to fold!So I compared side by side to tandem. I thought tandem was better because it would fit between the aisles easier. However, it's like trying to turn a boat, so I often couldn't make the tight turn and would have to embarrassingly back out of the aisle.Snack trays... Who in the world would make a stroller without a snack tray, or at least a cup holder???? Grapes and cheese were our favorite snack when out. I could buy a cloth thing that velcros on but the thought of how often I would have to launder it was not appealing. I needed a plastic snack tray!Maneuverability: our single stroller was a baby jogger city mini. It drove like a sports car. I wanted something that folded just as easy and turned and pushed the same.So here is my story. I researched forever. I decided the contours lt tandem double stroller was the one for me. I waited for it to come out. I bought it. It was great except there was no snack tray, it steered like a boat and my 2 year old's knees were up to his chin already. I liked that you could turn the baby to see you or put the car seat carrier adapter in it. The storage compartment underneath was huge too! But the stroller was huge and awkward to fold. And to push. I was bummed.Next I bought a graco sit and stand. It didn't fold much smaller and the baby seat barely reclined. There wasn't much I loved about this stroller except the snack tray.So we went back to the store again. We almost bought the baby jogger city mini double. But I couldn't get anything into or out of the storage. And all if the extras cost more on top of the $500 tag. Then we were introduced to the britax b agile double. The storage is easier to access with secret entrances under the children's feet, there are snack trays (sold separately), both seats fully recline, it steers like a race car, easy to fold (still large though), feels much more sturdy, no issues getting through doors (same width as a wheelchair, but watch the little ones don't have their arms out!).We took it to the zoo for a test ride, just wondering what we wouldn't like about it. It's perfect! The buckles are easy to snap and release. There is storage, peek windows, large canopies. It has everything. I found our stroller finally!!!!The only changes I would make are that the snack tray sticks out far (baby wont be able to use for some time) and I didn't buy the car seat carrier adapter because I wasn't sure it would fit and feel as safe. The baby just goes in the seat.I hope this review spares you all of the hassle I went through to find the right stroller for you and your family.BTW, the store I bought it at price matched to amazon but with amazon, you get free shipping!
